Not at all. While we have completed projects across Indonesia including Jakarta, Bali, and beyond, — we also have international projects in Singapore and Australia. We are open to projects anywhere as long as the scope allows for full team involvement throughout the process.

No. Design fees and construction costs are separate. DNV Studio is responsible for the design process and construction oversight. For the build itself, we can help coordinate with trusted contractors — but the construction contract is signed directly between the client and their chosen contractor.on
