A graduate of Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR), she began her professional career in Singapore — spending nearly four years gaining international experience before returning to Indonesia to build her own studio. With over a decade in practice, Esther leads every project with a focus on three core principles: storytelling, user experience, and the distinct identity of each client — grounded in the belief that great design is not merely about aesthetics, but about how a space can work effectively to support the activities, experiences, and business goals of the people who inhabit it.
